Location: Carlsbad, California Job type: Contract Salary: $34 - 36 per hour Work hours: 9 to 5 Education: Bachelors Responsibilities: Create process maps, project tracking systems, and updated SOPs to streamline team workflows. Manage SKU set-ups and drive continuous process improvement initiatives. Analyze operational data and deliver strategic recommendations to department management. Provide dynamic project support to the hiring manager and two internal teams. Coordinate cross-functional communication and adapt quickly to changing daily priorities. Qualifications: Required: B.S. or B.A. in Business, Biology, Chemistry, or a related life sciences discipline. 2+ years of dedicated Project Management experience. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database tools. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work on-site daily in Carlsbad, CA (flexible standard hours between 7 AM and 5 PM).
