Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction

Sun Country Builders is seeking a capable Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily projects from startup through closeout. You will coordinate subcontractors, assist in budgeting, bid analysis and submittal reviews, and help maintain schedules and change orders. This role requires a degree in construction management or equivalent multifamily experience.
