About the Role:

The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality. The Bar Manager will be managing inventory to optimize food and beverage costs. Additionally, this position requires a strong focus on cost control and financial management to ensure profitability. Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a bar management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including bartending techniques and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in bartending or mixology from a recognized institution.
• Experience with cost control strategies.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of bar staff to ensure excellent service and adherence to company standards.
• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in bartending and customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering and receiving supplies, and conduct regular audits to control costs and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws regarding alcohol service.
