Teledyne Micropac Assembler Position Teledyne Technologies Incorporated provides enabling technologies for industrial growth markets that require advanced technology and high reliability. Teledyne Micropac is looking for an Assembler who performs a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, welding and fitting on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. The essential functions and key responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to: Follow production drawings, procedures and work instructions in detail, understands and applies established workmanship practices for all facets of satellites, medical, defense/aerospace and high reliability industrial applications Ensure that quality checks are completed throughout the manufacturing process. Operate and set up Manual Wire Bonding equipment to perform thermosonic gold wire and aluminum wire bonding. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with other teammates, quality control and process engineers to ensure product meets strict specifications. Attentiveness to details and adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols are essential. Assist with training as required. Perform production assembler duties as determined by Supervisor. Delicate hand assembly of electronics devices using solder, epoxy, and wire bonding techniques specifically under the microscopes. Inspect completed work to quality requirements. What you need: Possess excellent manual dexterity, manufacturing knowledge.
