Primary Care Medical Scribe & Documentation Pro

Oak Street Health is seeking a Medical Scribe to document patient encounters and assist primary care providers with charting and coding. You will work in the exam room, observe visits, and ensure accurate, timely documentation to support high-quality care. Ideal candidates have medical terminology knowledge, clinical exposure, and/or prior scribe experience.
