Production Operator

Position Overview Machine Operators are responsible for continuously monitoring and maintaining product quality based on established standards, including visual and mechanical inspection of product, and for working in a safe manner at all times following all safety policies and procedures. Performing setups in accordance with established procedure, operating, and loading/unloading equipment. Work from written and verbal instructions, procedures and work orders is also required. Principal Duties & Responsibilities Maintaining and logging all information required supporting traceability and quality. Participating in cross‑training activities. Maintaining work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition. Performing other duties as required or directed. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or GED. Ability to prioritize and pay close attention to detail. Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, stooping, and bending required. Must be able to work independently, distinguish colors, and use and read a micrometer. Mechanical and computer skills demonstrated. Good English reading, writing and communication skills. Team‑oriented and able to work overtime as needed. Must pass background check, drug test, and physical. Preferred: Prior manufacturing experience. Prior extrusion experience. Wire drawing / extrusion / cabling experience. Work Environment / Physical Demands Will be required to stand, walk, and bend frequently.
