AssemblerLingo Staffing is now hiring Assembler in the Valley View, OH area to start ASAP!Assembler – Responsible for assembling mechanical and electrical components in a manufacturing environment using hand and power tools. Must be able to read blueprints, schematics, BOMs, and work orders, identify parts, perform basic shop math, and ensure finished assemblies meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable using hand and power tools, can read technical drawings, and has strong attention to detail and quality.Payrate & Scheduled:$20.50 Hourly + Shift Differential.1st Shift: Monday-Friday: 5:30AM-2:30PM2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday: 2:00PM-12:30AMJob Responsibilities & Requirements:Assemble mechanical and/or electrical components according to specificationsRead and follow manufacturing instructions, assembly standards, and work instructionsPrevious manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or electrical assembly experience preferredAbility to read blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematicsAbility to perform basic shop mathRead and interpret BOMs, blueprints, drawings, electrical schematics, and work ordersIdentify parts and ensure the correct components are being used during assemblyProperly use small hand tools and assembly equipmentOperate power tools including drills, Greenlee punches, electric rivet-nut tools, and similar equipmentIdentify and report non-conforming or defective parts during the assembly processPerform basic shop math as neededMaintain quality and productivity standardsFollow all company safety procedures and requirementsWork closely with team members and communicate assembly, quality, or safety concerns to supervisorsAssist with training other assemblers as neededStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environmentUnderstanding of World Class Manufacturing principles is a plusAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shiftAbility to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movementsAbility to safely operate hand and power toolsJob Id: 30151
