Happy Dayz Learning Center is seeking caring, dependable, and enthusiastic full-time and part-time teachers to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing quality care and supervision for children in accordance with state licensing regulations.
• Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities that support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members.
• Monitoring children's progress and communicating daily with parents.
• Assisting with meals, diapering, toileting, and other daily care routines as needed.
• Following all health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Working collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure a positive learning environment.

Qualified candidates should have a genuine love for working with children, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A degree or educational background in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required. Applicants must meet all Arizona childcare licensing requirements and be available to work flexible shifts between 5:00 AM and 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
