Performance Marketing Manager

Salary: $60,000–$80,000/year, commensurate with experience Experience: 2–5 years Industry Experience: CPG / Supplement brand experience required About the Role We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of our paid acquisition strategy across multiple digital platforms. This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer who understands how to scale consumer brands through paid media, knows how to turn creative into profitable campaigns, and is comfortable managing budgets, analyzing performance, and continuously optimizing campaigns. Experience working with CPG, health & wellness, nutrition, or supplement brands is required. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across: Own day-to-day campaign management, including campaign creation, targeting, budgeting, bidding, optimization, and reporting. Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, revenue, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency. Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Analyze key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPM, CPC, AOV, and LTV. Conduct ongoing testing of audiences, creatives, messaging, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures. Work closely with the creative and social media teams to develop high-performing paid advertising creative. Identify winning organic content and translate it into paid media opportunities. Manage and allocate paid media budgets based on performance and business priorities. Build regular performance reports and communicate insights and recommendations to leadership. Stay up to date on changes, trends, and new opportunities across TikTok, Meta, Amazon, and Google advertising platforms. Help develop and execute full-funnel acquisition strategies from awareness through conversion and retention. Collaborate with founders and internal teams to align paid media strategy with overall brand and revenue goals. Qualifications 2–5 years of paid media/performance marketing experience. Prior paid media management experience with a CPG, supplement, health & wellness, or consumer brand is required. Demonstrated experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and/or Amazon. Strong understanding of performance marketing and customer acquisition. Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets and optimizing toward measurable business outcomes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Preferred Qualifications Experience with TikTok Shop and affiliate-driven commerce. Experience scaling a DTC brand. Experience with supplement, nutrition, fitness, or health & wellness products. Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics, and other e-commerce/performance marketing tools.
