Standard Hours: 32.00 Shift: Shift 1 Shift details: 7:45–4:15 M–Th; off Friday. Job Summary The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) delivers an exceptional patient experience for front‑of‑house and patient‑facing needs. The role proactively greets patients and visitors to create a helpful, positive, welcoming and friendly environment, providing outstanding customer service in person and over the phone. Experience Requires a minimum of one year as a receptionist/assistant or in a customer‑service field. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required. Education High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. Special Skills

• Effective oral and written communication skills required.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Strong proactive organizational skills.
• Excellent customer‑service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred.
