As the Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary softwareNegotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimateSet budget for a successful project.Manage customer expectations.Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors.Verify and order proper materials for jobs.Be a team player.Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing processMaintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representativesManage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assetsAdditional Responsibilities:Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviewsProvide priority response to potential customersAttend weekly meetings to review job progress and success.Attend monthly team meetings.Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.Position Requirements:Valid driver's licenseHigh school diploma/GED; associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.At least 3 years of industry experienceIICRC certification a preferredSkills/Physical Demands/Competencies:Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning agentsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawCompensation: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearFlexible work from home options available.Picture yourself here fulfilling your potential.At SERVPRO®, you can make a positive difference in people's lives each and every day!
