People's Talk Mental Health Services is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) to join our innovative team in delivering remote telehealth services. In this full-time role, you will engage with adolescents and young adults coping with mental health challenges, providing them with the support and guidance they need to navigate through a challenging era marked by increased instances of anxiety, trauma, depression, and substance use disorders.

This position is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere in the United States. Whether in the comfort of your own home or another preferred setting, our virtual model provides flexibility in meeting your professional and personal needs. As a part of our organization, you will operate from an outpatient office model virtually, allowing integration of telehealth practices into your daily routines.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of adolescents and young adults.

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with our full-time Admissions and Assessment team to ensure efficient onboarding of new clients and maintain a full caseload to enhance client outcomes.

• Engage in weekly case discussions with other clinicians to share knowledge, brainstorm solutions, and foster a collaborative learning environment.
\n
• Meet regularly scheduled session times, maintaining a structured calendar for both individual and group sessions to promote consistency and predictability for clients.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with federal and state regulations while ensuring confidentiality.
\n
• Participate in continued professional development, including attending required training and accessing free online CEUs to meet licensing requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services primarily target adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. By concentrating on this demographic, we aim to foster sustainable healing and empower young individuals to cultivate positive mental health practices that will benefit them throughout their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Must possess an active license to practice independently (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT).

• Flexibility to commit between 12 and 40 hours per week, according to whether you choose a contract or W2 position.
\n
• Experience in remote therapy and telehealth practices is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
