Licensed Remote Insurance Sales Representative (State Farm Experience Required) We’re looking for a motivated, experienced sales professional to join our winning, high-performing team in a fully remote position. Responsibilities: • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication Qualifications: • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred Compensation: $35,000 - $100,000 yearly
