Paid Media Strategist

Owning a portfolio of client accounts, the full-time Remote Paid Media Strategist will manage Meta advertising campaigns, lead client communications, and ensure campaign performance while focusing on lead generation and appointment booking. Key responsibilities Lead bi-weekly client calls to discuss performance, strategy, and next steps while preparing and sending performance reports Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns, managing budgets, audience targeting, and creative testing to achieve defined performance targets Set up and troubleshoot tracking systems, ensuring seamless integration and monitoring of lead flow to prevent issues affecting client results Required qualifications 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, particularly with Meta advertising Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage details across multiple accounts
