The Front Desk/Doctor's Assistant role in our small private practice is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional patient care. This part-time position (30 hours per week) requires a flexible and team-oriented individual capable of managing front desk responsibilities while assisting medical staff and supporting patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations effectively
• Greet and assist patients upon arrival
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Provide assistance to medical staff during patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Handle telephone communications professionally
• Support billing and insurance processes
• Monitor and manage office inventory
• Collaborate with team members to enhance patient experience
