Call Center Agent

We have an outstanding Contract position for aCall Center Agent to join a leading Company located in El Segundo, CA. Pay Rate: $25.00 Job Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently Assist customers with account inquiries, settlement-related questions, and general support needs Accurately document customer interactions and case details Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information Meet productivity, quality, and service-level expectations Follow established workflows, scripts, and compliance procedures Demonstrate strong listening, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills Basic Hiring Criteria Previous call center, customer service, or contact center experience preferred Must have a minimum of one year of call center experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment Strong computer navigation and multitasking abilities Ability to type and document information accurately Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail Must be able to articulate verbally clearly HS diploma, GED or equivalent required Benefits offered vary by contract.
