Key Responsibilities\n

As a valued member of our clinical team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized therapy plans that address the specific needs of couples and families.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, as well as individual sessions for each partner to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy in your sessions.
\n
• Providing guidance and support on various issues, including alcohol and substance abuse, grief, and interpersonal conflicts.
\n
• Working closely with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and support to clients.
\n
• Documenting treatment plans and progress accurately in our digital health records system, maintaining compliance with state regulations.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to continue enhancing your skills and knowledge of best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will cater to a diverse clientele, including adults and children facing a range of challenges such as:

Qualifications\n

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
