About the Role As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will serve as the engine driving brand excellence, sales enablement, and demand generation across key commercial channels. In this role, you will bridge the gap between marketing and sales, owning the creation of ICP-segmented sales collateral, conference marketing campaigns, website builds, and customer story pipelines. Your work will directly empower sales representatives with the tools, heat maps, and messaging required to accelerate win rates across core customer segments. This position is ideal for an analytical, creative, and proactive marketing leader who thrives in an asynchronous, remote-first environment. Key Responsibilities Brand System & Standards Enforcement: Maintain the global design system and brand standards, enforcing visual and messaging consistency across every outbound asset produced. ICP-Segmented Sales Enablement Collateral: Produce high-converting sales presentations, one-pagers, and price sheets customized across 11 Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas. End-to-End Conference & Event Marketing: Own event lead capture mechanics, post-event follow-up sequences, and all conference assets including booth graphics, digital ads, banners, and swag sourcing. Website & Landing Page Management: Manage website page builds, blog publishing, and dedicated rep landing pages to drive inbound conversion and support sales outreach campaigns. Content & Case Study Strategy: Develop targeted case studies, customer reference stories, and social media calendars, prioritizing content creation for territories and ICPs where win rates need boosting. Collateral Library & AI Tooling Ownership: Maintain the master sales collateral library with strict version control and sunsetting protocols, while training reps on Claude-assisted content creation within brand guardrails. Territory Heat Mapping & Messaging Alignment: Build territory and market heat maps for sales rep planning, while regularly refreshing messaging across all 11 ICP and persona frameworks as market segmentation evolves. Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Growth Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, or Sales Enablement Lead in B2B commercial sectors (Required). Proven expertise in sales enablement, with a portfolio showing high-impact sales decks, price sheets, and ICP-segmented buyer collateral (Required). Demonstrated experience in event marketing, managing end-to-end conference lead capture, post-event sequences, and booth branding assets (Required). Hands-on proficiency with website management, blog production, and landing page builders (Required). C2-level / Fluent written and spoken English with exceptional copywriting, editing, and messaging alignment skills (Required). Experience leveraging AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for workflow automation and rep enablement within brand guardrails (Preferred). Analytical skills in creating market heat maps, assessing sales win rates, and aligning content strategy to pipeline data (Preferred).
