Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, addressing crises and establishing behavioral guidelines.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based screening tools in accordance with the clinical team's recommendations to inform treatment processes.

• Strictly adhere to documentation standards through timely and accurate completion of required records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to client needs.
\n
• Actively participate in the agency's licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the organization’s standards of care.

• Serve as a key liaison between clients, state agencies, and community partners to align services with broader community resources.

• Establish and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to optimize client outcomes and promote a cohesive mission.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through attending conferences, participating in task forces, and representing the agency in various forums.

• Demonstrate a commitment to the organization’s values, philosophy, and principles in every aspect of service delivery.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with your professional expertise and contribute to the agency's mission.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing mental health challenges, those navigating substance use recovery, and clients with developmental disabilities. Your role will be crucial in creating a safe and supportive environment for clients on their journey to improved mental health and stability, utilizing tailored strategies to meet each individual's unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health field is mandatory.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license is required to practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes monthly productivity bonuses, paid time off (PTO) and sick leave, health, dental, and vision insurance, and a 403B retirement plan with a 3% company match.
