Front Office Hourly/Entry Level Employee Full-time Hourly US Dollar (USD) pay basis Summary WE ARE LOOKING FOR a Front Desk Clerk Job Summary: We are excited to share that Hyatt Regency Portland has an opportunity for people who love helping people. Please join our Front Office team as a Front Desk Clerk. The hourly rate is $23.00/hour. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Welcome guests to the hotel with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay. Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments, issuing room keys according to established procedures, and assisting with luggage as needed. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues to management as needed to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, including billing information and room assignments. Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and ensure a seamless guest experience.
