Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities Continuously improve through education, professional training, and certification Represent the company in a manner that supports our mission statement Train adequate backup personnel to support your role in your absence Take ownership of your hiring decisions Treat your co‑workers and clients with respect Communicate with honesty, openness, and transparency Act with integrity (honor your word), set the example, and be accountable Complete other duties as required/assigned Project Manager Responsibilities Lead civil construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout Responsible for overall project planning, coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Manage all phases of civil construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost reports, and forecasts Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal teams Review contracts, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance Procure materials and subcontractor services as required Track project progress and prepare reports for management and clients Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies Identify project risks, resolve issues, and implement mitigation strategies Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of project management experience in civil construction Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar) Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel to job sites as needed Preferred experience managing site development, utilities, earthwork, or roadway construction projects Preferred familiarity with local and state construction regulations Details above are subject to change based on changes in Company Policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
