Job Title: Corporate Conferences & Events Technology SpecialistPosition Summary:The Corporate Conferences & Events Technology Specialist is responsible for managing technology requirements for corporate events and high-touch meetings, while partnering closely with event planners, communications partners, admins, vendors, and internal technology teams to support successful event planning and execution. This role serves as a point of contact for event technology planning, partnering with stakeholders to understand AV and event technology needs and translate them into technical readiness plans for large and high-profile events and other key meetings.Key Responsibilities:Partner with event planners, communications teams, admins, and other stakeholders to gather and define event technology requirements for corporate conferences/events and other key meetings.Consult, brainstorm, and assist with event planning by recommending appropriate technology solutions based on event type, audience, and format.Coordinate end-to-end technical readiness for events, including AV, conferencing, streaming, networking, and support for hybrid or remote locations.Coordinate with AV operators, product owners, platform vendors, network support, PC support, and other technology teams to ensure reliable and scalable event delivery.Help maintain standards, presets, and playbooks for event and conference technology support.Contribute to continuous improvement of event technology processes, equipment readiness, and stakeholder experience.Skills & Qualifications:5–7 years of experience in event technology, AV support, or conferencing platformsExperience supporting live events and/or video production initiatives, with an understanding of event execution, production planning, and stakeholder coordination.Working knowledge of event platforms (ON24, Webex Events, Teams Townhall), conferencing tools, and hybrid event support modelsStrong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with event planners, vendors, and technical teams.Ability to assess business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements and readiness activities.Salary Range:$95,600 - 162,400 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
