This role primarily consists of shipping and administrative duties. This person is involved in every facet of the factory. Responsibilities include:
Shipping • Reading customer PO’s and work orders to ship using UPS WorldShip and USPS (with occasional freight shipments) • Organize LTL freight • Help preparing pallets • Applying shipping labels to correct packages • Processing and managing returns and repairs • Managing will call orders • Unpacking deliveries • Ship and manage inventory of stock items • Sending out tracking information to customer
Administrative • Invoicing new orders • Verifying orders and processing payments and deposits • Managing reseller permits • Answering phones and emails • Verifying purchase orders from customers • Organizing and general office support
Additional duties include general factory assistance wherever needed such as finishing, vacuuming, and organizing.
Would consider part time
