About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Construction to provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all construction operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, operational excellence, financial performance, safety, quality, and team development across multiple construction projects. This role demands a proven leader with a strong background in managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or multifamily construction projects, and a focus on building high-performing teams and driving operational efficiency. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Construction include developing and executing construction strategies that align with the company's goals, leading project teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, and maintaining quality control standards. The role also involves fostering relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 15 years of construction leadership experience, and a minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership role. Strong financial acumen, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes are essential. Professional certifications and a strong network within the local construction market are preferred.
