The Territory Account Specialist is responsible for managing a territory of assigned accounts with a focus on food safety and sanitation audits, chemical training, dispenser installation, and maintenance in regional and national retail accounts. The role provides training to customer associates in the use of products, systems, and sanitation procedures, and recommends appropriate corrective actions to maintain high cleanliness and food safety standards. The TAS maintains the company’s high quality of sales and service, responding to customer service calls as required. What You'll Do Manage a designated territory, conducting food safety and sanitation audits and servicing chemical dispensing equipment, including ware wash platforms. Train customer associates on the proper use of products, systems, and food safety sanitation procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. Drive sales by providing inventory assessments and solution‑oriented service recommendations during customer visits. Install, maintain, and ensure the proper functioning of chemical dispensing equipment. Identify sanitation violations and recommend corrective actions to maintain high cleanliness standards, communicating significant issues to the customer’s Quality Assurance team or relevant management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long‑term partnerships. Ensure the cleanliness, safeguarding, and maintenance of assigned equipment, vehicle, and all company property; perform internal reporting and administrative duties as required. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in food safety or sanitation. 2+ years of Email, Excel, and Word competency. Valid Driver’s License. Ability to travel 50% (minimum overnight travel required). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. NEHA‑CP‑FS certification or ability to obtain within one year of employment; RS, REHS, CP‑FS, NRFSP registration preferred or to be earned within the first 12 months. Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally to achieve company goals. Professional attitude, good organizational skills, and self‑motivation. Excellent time management, communication, decision‑making, and human‑relations skills. Preferably You'll Have Bachelor’s degree in environmental health, environmental science, biology, life sciences, or food science. 2+ years of installation, maintenance and repair of ware wash chemical dispensing equipment. The expected compensation range for this position is between $58,030.00 and $85,107.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
