As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our hospice center, you will work closely with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing terminal illnesses and their families. Your primary goal will be to offer emotional support, facilitate coping strategies, and enhance the overall quality of life for patients during challenging times. Through empathetic engagement and professional expertise, you will play a critical role in their care journey.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW or LCSW-R license to practice in the state of New York.
