Senior Commercial Litigation Associate

A law firm seeks a Senior Commercial Litigation Associate/Of Counsel to join its commercial litigation group in Miami, FL. This position offers a unique opportunity for a lateral attorney to become part of a dynamic team with substantial courtroom experience at both state and federal levels. Duties Represent clients in commercial litigation matters. Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal documents. Take and defend depositions effectively. Advocate for clients in both federal and state courts. Requirements Minimum of 6 years of commercial litigation experience. Admitted to the Florida Bar in good standing. Proficiency in written and oral advocacy. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Skills Strong legal research and writing abilities.
