Entry-Level Commercial Litigation Associate / Miami Office (2027)

Foley & Lardner LLP is accepting applications from third-year JD students (Class of 2027) or current judicial clerks for an entry-level associate position in the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Miami, commencing in fall 2027. Candidates must possess strong legal writing, research, and oral communication skills. Prior summer associate experience at a law firm is preferred. A demonstrated record of strong academic achievement is required. Fluency or proficiency in Spanish is a plus. To be considered, candidates must graduate from an ABA-accredited law school. Admission to the Florida Bar will be a condition of employment.
