As a Paid Social Media Manager, you'll harness data and audience insights to build campaigns that exceed client goals and maximize ROI. Working closely with our collaborative Performance Marketing Team and cross-functional partners, you will turn high-level strategy into seamless tactical execution, scaling results and championing new social media opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of paid social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
• Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned accounts and ensure client expectations are met
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising
• Collaborate with other team members to develop effective campaigns and strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance and achieve KPIs
• Analyze data and prepare reports to communicate campaign performance to clients as well as make recommendations for optimizations
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal points of contact for paid social media

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the tactical execution of paid social media programs in an advertising and marketing agency environment
• Strong expertise in Facebook and Instagram paid social media advertising
• Familiarity with paid social media channels such as Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and other emerging platforms
• Familiarity with AI tools
• Ability to develop effective social media campaigns that deliver against client goals and KPIs
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to optimize campaign performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
