Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a visionary and strategic B2C Product Marketing Manager with over 13 years of experience to lead our product marketing strategy and scale our consumer-facing offerings. In this high-impact executive role, you will bridge the gap between Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Growth teams to define product positioning, shape the customer journey, and execute high-growth go-to-market (GTM) strategies. As a senior marketing leader, you will own customer insights, messaging frameworks, competitive intelligence, and high-stakes product launches designed to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across global markets. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic GTM & Launch Ownership Develop and execute end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, feature rollouts, and geographic expansions. Align cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Growth, Performance Marketing, PR, CX, and Creative) around unified launch objectives and timelines. Define and own core product marketing metrics, including User Acquisition, Activation Rate, Feature Adoption, LTV, Retention, and Churn Reduction . 2. Positioning, Messaging & Customer Insights Define target consumer personas, user segmentation, and jobs-to-be-done (JTBD) frameworks based on quantitative and qualitative user research. Craft compelling product narratives, value propositions, and messaging across digital touchpoints (app, web, lifecycle emails, performance ads, brand campaigns). Conduct continuous competitive benchmarking, market trend analysis, and consumer behavior mapping to identify new growth opportunities. 3. Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Synergy Partner closely with Growth and Performance Marketing teams to optimize conversion funnels, onboarding flows, and paid acquisition campaigns. Lead cross-channel lifecycle strategy (CRM, push notifications, in-app messaging) to maximize user engagement and customer lifetime value (LTV). Champion continuous experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven messaging optimizations across product and marketing touchpoints. 4. Cross-Functional & Leadership Alignment Serve as the primary "Voice of the Customer" to Product Management, ensuring market needs and user feedback directly inform the product roadmap. Present strategic PMM initiatives, launch results, and market insights regularly to executive leadership and key stakeholders. Mentor, guide, and potentially lead a team of product marketers, fostering a high-performance, data-informed marketing culture. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 13+ years of total marketing experience, with a heavy focus on B2C Digital Products, Consumer Apps, SaaS, E-Commerce, or EdTech/FinTech/Gaming . Proven Track Record: Successfully launched and scaled consumer-facing digital products to millions of active users. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Experience managing multi-country or multi-regional B2C product launches. Background in freemium, subscription, or transaction-based business models. Direct experience leading a team of product marketing managers or growth marketers.
