You will partner closely with senior leaders across business, technology, data science, risk, cybersecurity, architecture, infrastructure, and model governance to modernize the platform, enhance the user experience, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.The ideal candidate is a strategic product leader with deep experience in AI/ML platforms, strong technical and cloud fluency, a human-centered design mindset, and a track record of driving complex initiatives from vision through delivery.In this role, you will:Act as an advisor to senior leadership in developing a large cross functional team to identify and execute complex artificial intelligence initiatives that span a large line of businessProvide consultation to more experienced leaders in order to recommend solutions which solve business challengesLead the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges ensuring the solution delivers the intended benefitsLeverage Artificial Intelligence expertise to evaluate technological readiness, data availability, and resources required to execute the proposed solutionsProvide direction on key issues which may arise during development or implementationCultivate relationships with clients to identify and develop a pipeline of future Artificial Intelligence opportunities which align with the strategic priorities of the businessCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsRequired Qualifications:7+ years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education5+ years of experience leading product development, technology delivery, or enterprise-scale capability development3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams or managing complex, large-scale technology programs3+ years of experience working with cloud technologies, AI/ML platforms, data platforms, or hybrid infrastructure environmentsDesired Qualifications:Experience with AI/ML platforms and capabilities such as MLOps, model lifecycle management, model deployment, monitoring, AutoML, feature engineering, and model governanceExperience leveraging public cloud AI/ML services (e.g., Google Cloud Platform/Vertex AI, Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or similar)Knowledge of modern technology environments, including hybrid cloud, Kubernetes/OpenShift, APIs, distributed systems, data platforms, and enterprise infrastructureExperience building and scaling platform products for technical users, including data scientists, ML engineers, application developers, and analytics teamsExperience operating in highly regulated environments with strong requirements for security, controls, compliance, resiliency, and operational readinessProven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across engineering, business, and control functionsJob Expectations:Position offers a hybrid work scheduleThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipRelocation assistance is not available for this positionPosting Locations:300 South Brevard Street, Charlotte, North Carolina 28202550 South 4th Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota 554152190 Willow Pass Road, Concord, California 94520NC- Charlotte Pay Range: $185,000 – $300,000 AnnuallyMN- Minneapolis Pay Range: $185,000 – $300,000 AnnuallyCA- Concord Pay Range: $185,000 – $300,000 AnnuallyPay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
