Job Description
A well-established New York real estate investment firm is seeking an Acquisitions Associate for its healthcare real estate platform.
\n \nThe role focuses on underwriting and financial modeling of skilled nursing and other healthcare real estate acquisitions, due diligence, and working directly with brokers, operators and senior leadership through closing. Hands-on healthcare real estate underwriting experience is required — candidates without it will not be considered.
\n \nThe firm has a long track record and significant capital, and offers a small, active team environment with excellent long-term growth opportunities.
