Registered Nurse (RN) - ER Holding

The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care in the Emergency Department Observation Unit, focusing on ER Holding for diverse patient age groups—including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency environment.
• Conduct patient assessments and implement appropriate intervention and care plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Support families and patients through the observation and treatment process.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license and registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Emergency Room or ER Holding; experience in Medical/Surgical or Telemetry is preferred.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is required.
• Willingness to travel as needed for assignments.

Shift Information

This position requires working three 12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30.
