Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at symptom resolution.
• Provide individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques and interventions that cater to the clinical appropriateness of each case.
• Engage as a primary therapist in group therapy settings, leading discussions that promote healing and support among peers.
• Collaborate with a diverse group of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies, upholding ethical standards in all interactions and interventions.
• Participate in program planning to enhance therapeutic offerings and improve the overall patient experience.
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software to maintain accurate documentation and track patient progress efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPCC at Silver Head Psychiatry Clinic, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will assist those grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other significant life stressors. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.
• Proficient understanding of legal and ethical standards governing clinical practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A demonstrated ability to work effectively with a collaborative healthcare team.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems and other relevant technologies to enhance clinical workflows.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly preferred.
• Experience working in primary care or integrated healthcare settings is desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to base compensation, bonuses may be available for performance and exceptional contributions to patient care.
