Property Manager

Randstad is working with several well-established companies to fill positions as a property manager supporting multiple properties. This role requires experience with re-certifications, LIHTC, and/or tax credits, and certification or interest in getting certified. Proficiency in English/Spanish helpful but is not required. This role will require access to reliable transportation to travel between properties (in the same town). This is a fully onsite position. Responsibilities

-Monitor and manage overall property financials, preparing monthly variance reports and collaborating with senior management to address financial concerns.

-Lead marketing efforts to achieve occupancy goals within budgeted targets.

-Ensure compliance with all tax credit requirements and regulations, assisting with audits as needed.

-Oversee and prioritize maintenance activities within budget constraints, working closely with the maintenance team to implement effective programs.

-Maintain the property's interior and exterior to high standards.

-Oversee timely and accurate move-in, move-out, and recertification processes.

-Ensure compliance with Affirmative Fair Housing regulations and Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action policies, adhering to federal, state, and local requirements.

-Evaluate property security needs and recommend necessary improvements.

-Manage and support all property staff.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.
