Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations with clients to identify their mental health needs, concerns, and therapeutic goals.

• Provide personalized one-on-one counseling sessions addressing a spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions to improve relationship dynamics, enhance communication, and resolve familial conflicts.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that set clear objectives and interventions to guide client progress effectively.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health disorders, coping mechanisms, and available resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and client progress thoroughly.

• Uphold ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing counseling practice to guarantee client confidentiality and informed consent.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Annual salary ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, reflecting the clinician's experience and performance.
