Hybrid Remote – Chandler, AZ (Onsite Training / Work from Home After Training)

$18.00–$26.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist/ Sr. Customer Experience Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented call center environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Position Overview

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will serve as a primary point of contact for policyholders and insurance partners, ensuring claims-related questions and issues are handled professionally, accurately, and efficiently. This is a non-sales, non-commission role focused entirely on customer service, accuracy, and process adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for policy holders and insurance representatives regarding claims and inspection processes
• Provide customer support, technical assistance, and claim status updates
• Accurately document interactions and update customer information in internal systems
• Follow established workflows, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
• Deliver a calm, professional, and solution-focused customer experience on every interaction

What We’re Looking For

• Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Minimum 2 years of call center experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to work from home with a quiet workspace and reliable internet
• Must reside in Arizona

Preferred Experience

• Insurance claims handling and/or technical support
• Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS & Android)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $18.00–$26.00 (based on experience)
