• 5+ years of experience in real estate finance
• Strong experience with commercial lending transactions required

• New York Bar admission required

Position Overview

The firm is seeking a mid-level to senior associate with a strong background in real estate finance. This role will focus heavily on lender-side and borrower-side financing transactions in connection with complex real estate deals.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate financing transactions
• Draft and negotiate loan documents, including mortgage and mezzanine financing structures
• Conduct due diligence and coordinate closings
• Work on acquisition financings, refinancing, and construction loans
• Collaborate with transactional teams on large-scale real estate deals
• Interface directly with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders

Compensation

• Base salary: 140000 to 200000
• Bonus eligibility
