Compensation: Pay Range:$21.00-$22.53 Per HR

Job Summary:

This position involves managing appointment schedules and patient registration in a mental health setting. Located in Philadelphia, PA, this is a contract-to-perm position requiring excellent customer service skills and proficiency in office software.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Proficiency in office software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with practice management systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to handle stressful situations

Qualifications:

One year of related work experience in a medical office setting
Ability to provide world-class customer service
Excellent telephone manners
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Non-judgmental attitude
Knowledge of de-escalation methods or willingness to learn
