Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care preferred.
• Previous experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to work with geriatric and medically complex patients.

• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift name: Days.
• Shift hours: AM 8 (5x8 schedule).
• Assignment length: 26 week assignment.
• Location: San Pablo, CA.
