Commercial HVAC Technician

Leesburg, VA (mobile Technician, company vehicle provided - Northern VA & Frederick County $33-42/hr Summary Perform general building maintenance and complete service requests promptly. Service commercial buildings: Office, retail, industrial, flex Strong tenant relations is a primary focus. Works closely with the Property Managers Responsibilities Locate and repair roof leaks on all roof types, including singlle-ply rubber and built-up Repair and install skylights, doors, windows, downspouts, gutters, and locks; caulk doors and windows Install wall framing and drywall; patch and finish Cold patch paved areas; repair and install sidewalks and flat concrete Install, repair, and maintain plumbing: faucets, valves, piping, traps, toilets, sinks, water heaters Install, repair, and maintain HVAC: space heaters, air conditioners, heat pumps, split systems, and electric, oil, and gas-fired heaters Complete quarterly inspections and preventative maintenance under HVAC contracts Install, repair, and maintain electrical components: wiring, lights, switches, breakers, transformers, outlets Respond to on-call emergencies Qualifications Valid driver's license HVAC certification preferred 3+ years related experience preferred Knowledge of routine building maintenance and repair Read site plans, schematics, and building plans; perform arithmetic computations Use hand and power tools safely Set up, take down, and climb extension ladders for roof work #J-18808-Ljbffr Bell & Associates, Inc.
