LCM Associates, Inc. is currently seeking an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania. Experience in the Commercial Construction Industry along with QuickBooks Desktop would be a plus, but not a requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and support accounts payable with accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage intercompany accounting transactions
- Review and process invoices and subcontractor payment requests
- Create and maintain customer profiles in accounting system
- Invoice and payment processing
- Process paperwork associated with projects, such as subcontractor invoices, pay applications, certificates of Insurance, lien waivers
- Qualifications:
- Team player with a positive attitude along with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced office setting
- Must have the ability to accept challenge and change, along with a continual learning mindset.
- Proficient with QuickBooks and general accounting data entry
