General Labor

Position Summary:

Food company seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor employees to support daily production and warehouse operations. This position is responsible for assisting with food production, packaging, sanitation, material handling, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following all safety and quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist with food production and packaging operations
• Load and unload materials and products
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and company procedures
• Operate basic production equipment as assigned
• Label, pack, and palletize finished products
• Support warehouse and production teams as needed
• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or damaged product to supervisors
• Adhere to attendance, punctuality, and workplace conduct expectations

Qualifications :

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Must comply with all safety and PPE requirements

Work Environment:

• Food manufacturing environment
• Exposure to cold, hot, wet, or refrigerated areas, depending on department
• Repetitive movements and standing for long periods may be required
• Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs

Schedule:

Shift and overtime requirements will vary based on production demands.
