Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess each patient's unique needs and craft personalized therapy strategies to help them meet their objectives.
• Implement Effective Interventions: Deploy evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily living tasks.
• Engage with Interprofessional Teams: Work alongside a talented team of therapists, physicians, nurses, and support staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Teach therapy techniques to patients and their families, empowering them to support recovery at home.
• Monitor and Evaluate Progress: Regularly track patient development and fine-tune treatment approaches to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications and Credentials

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Ongoing education or certifications to enhance your expertise are encouraged.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is required.
• Mandatory certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).
