HR Business Partner

We are seeking a dynamic and hands‑on Human Resources Business Partner to support our manufacturing operations and serve as a trusted partner to leaders and employees across the organization. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building strong employee relationships, and is passionate about driving workforce engagement, talent development, and organizational success. The HR Business Partner will play a key role in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, and fostering a positive workplace culture while supporting business objectives and operational growth. Your role in our team You will implement the company culture, values, and policies. You will grow workforce strategies to recruit and develop qualified candidates. You will promote employee advancement / employee recognition efforts. You will advocate for employee retention and development (maintain and improve the apprenticeship program). You will manage data entry and maintenance of employee records. You will manage the New Hire Orientation Process. You will bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. You will participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions. You will maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information. Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior. You will remain flexible and adapt to changes in the work environment. Excellent time management, problem-prevention, and problem-solving skills. Work accurately with close attention to detail. You possess a work ethic that includes neatness, punctuality, and accuracy. You exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor. You have basic computer skills, including e‑mail, Excel, and Word processing. You have excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the workforce, and resource personnel, internal and external. Other duties as assigned. Your profile You have obtained a bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related discipline. You have gained at least five years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers' compensation, and conflict resolution. Experience working in a manufacturing and printing environment is preferred. Experience working with a diverse workforce. Decisive and self‑confident. Payroll experience preferred.
