Registered Nurse (Hagerstown)Talantage, LLC is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The Registered Nurse (RN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.QualificationsAssociate's degree requiredActive RN license to practice in Maryland.Current tuberculosis documentation.Active BLS/CPR.Ability to pass a criminal background clearance and drug screenMinimum of one year of work experience as an RN preferred in a community outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care facility preferred.Corrections experience preferredTalantage, LLC is committed to presenting candidates that contribute to an organizations culture of inclusivity and its commitment to diversity in the workplace are demonstrated through our recruitment practices.
