Senior Quality Control Technician - Vernon Hills
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Senior Quality Control Technician to work with a leading healthcare manufacturing company in Vernon Hills. This role is essential for ensuring that products meet the highest quality and safety standards for our customers.
Shift Patterns
- Monday through Friday from 3PM to 7AM
Pay Rates
- 25.00 - 28.00 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for Senior Quality Control Technician
- More than 3 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with inspection methods, measuring tools, and quality standards.
- Ability to document findings accurately.
- Ability to work independently.
Desirable requirements for Senior Quality Control Technician
- Experience in manufacturing quality control.
- Experience with ISO or Lean practices.
Role for Senior Quality Control Technician
- Inspect products for defects and quality issues during in-process and final stages.
- Utilize measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product specifications.
- Document inspection results and maintain precise records.
- Identify and report quality issues to supervisors and production teams.
- Assist with troubleshooting and corrective actions to improve manufacturing processes.
