Client Service Leader

Job Overview Freese and Nichols is seeking a Client Service Leader in Houston or Pearland, Texas. Responsibilities Partner with clients to create and develop projects and opportunities, developing client accounts with multiple practices. Serve as a liaison between clients and internal delivery teams to ensure projects meet client expectations, are delivered on time and within budget. Conduct client‑facing interactions and maintain effective relationships with clients via email, phone, and in‑person. Conduct market research to identify new business development opportunities and assist in implementing Freese and Nichols sales strategies. Develop relationships with identified key and strategic client accounts; may serve in one or more client representative roles. Coordinate, assist, and attend client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences. Oversee preparation of presentations for internal sales teams and external clients. Prepare, attend, and participate in sales presentations such as lunch and learns, brown bag sessions, and trainings. Supervise activities and tasks of identified Business Development staff. Manage the Key and Strategic Account Program. Coordinate with accounting to report on financial metrics such as bookings. Identify areas and processes for improvement or efficiency. Represent Freese and Nichols through involvement in related industry professional organizations and/or community leadership roles. Develop teaming strategies for specific opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental, Business Administration, Marketing, Planning, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in a related field. Active involvement in related industry professional organizations and/or community leadership roles.
