Finance Controller Our Oakbrook $300M Logistics client seeking a hybrid Finance Controller to join our growing team of over 1000 employees. Key Responsibilities Responsible for month end close, budgeting, forecasting, and assisting with external audits. Review working capital and cash flow needs. P&L review of gross profit and indirect/direct expense analysis Facilitate intercompany clearing and transaction analysis Supervise and oversee accounting team. Review, develop and evaluate internal control policies across budgeting, cash, and financial reporting. Work with external tax, audit, and compliance agencies to support US and Mexico interests. Consider and develop improvements such as ERP consolidation, credit/collections, electronic invoicing and more. Qualifications And Experience Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field: masters degree or CPA certification preferred. Logistics industry preferred but not required. 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, with 3+ years supervisory. Advanced Excel and database skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
