Role Description The Senior Wholesale Account Executive is a full-time, remote position. This role is responsible for originating and managing wholesale mortgage relationships with approved brokers, focusing on non-QM products such as bank statement and DSCR investor loans. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and onboarding new broker partners, presenting product guidelines, structuring scenarios, and coordinating with underwriting and account management teams to move files efficiently from submission to funding. The Senior Wholesale Account Executive will manage a robust pipeline, provide proactive status updates, and deliver high-quality service and guidance on complex credit and income situations. The role also includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to refine product offerings, supporting broker training, and contributing to growth initiatives while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Wholesale Lending and Wholesale channel operations in the mortgage industry.

• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and sustain long-term broker relationships.

• Solid understanding of Underwriting principles and non-QM loan structures, including bank statement and DSCR programs.

• Proven Sales experience, including pipeline management, prospecting, and achieving production targets.
\n
• Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products, guidelines, and regulatory requirements, especially for wholesale and non-QM lending.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex scenarios clearly.

• High level of organization and time management, with experience handling multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience as a wholesale account executive, loan officer, or related mortgage sales role; senior-level experience strongly preferred.

• Comfort working in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, operations, and sales management.
\n
• Relevant professional licensing or registration as required by jurisdiction; familiarity with NMLS requirements is beneficial.
